HomeCare products are manufactured with careful attention to detail. We are so confident that we offer a guaranteed One Year Warranty. Should any failure or defect occur within the warranty, or should the purchaser want to return any products, please follow the steps of our Return Policy.


Prices are subject to change without notice and without liability with respect to previous sales unless otherwise authorized or specified in writing by Sunbound Lighting. Quotations are subject to acceptance within 60 days, and we reserve the right to withdraw the quotation at any time before the order is accepted by Sunbound Lighting. We also reserve the right to void any quotation of price in the event the customer to whom such quotations made, changes the order with respect to any factor reflected in the price or other terms originally quoted.

Lead Time

Our standard lead time is 5 business days for orders. HomeCare will not be responsible for deviation in meeting shipping or delivery schedules. Such specific agreement shall be deemed null and void if the delay is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control including and without limitation to force majeure, priorities of the government or federal, state or municipal agency, or other agencies not within our control which prevent the delivery of the products.


All orders are shipped for free from our facility in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. HomeCare reserves the right to select routing and best method of transportation. If the customer specifies an alternate method of shipping (such as air shipment) or special routing, the customer must assume all freight charges. Additionally, local customers may choose to pick up an order and shipping charges will be excluded.


Prices do not include any federal, state or local taxes, which may be applicable. The purchaser shall pay any federal, state or local tax imposed by virtue of a sale. If a tax exemption is claimed, such exemption must comply with the legal guidelines established by the governing authorities.


HomeCare, a division of Sunbound Technology LLC, makes every effort to verify and ensure that product specifications on this website are correct and up-to-date. However we reserve the right to make engineering changes that affect any critical product dimension without notice. Sunbound Technology LLC shall not be held liable for any cost related to such a change, misprint, instruction, or product template error.


HomeCare values quality, integrity, and reliability. We uphold the highest standards of service and responsibility in the industry, and firmly stand behind the quality and workmanship of every product we sell. If a product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, HomeCare will repair or replace the product, free of charge within 1 year from the purchase date.


If you believe that your product is defective due to workmanship or material failure you will need to return the device back to HomeCare for inspection. After inspection, HomeCare will verify that the issue was not caused by unauthorized repair, disassembly, negligence, accident, misuse, or if improper electrical or mechanical installation causes this damage. HomeCare will decide at its sole discretion to repair or replace the product with a new or similar model.

If a defect is found to be due to materials or workmanship HomeCare will honor your warranty claim. In some cases your product may be replaced with a new product due to time frame of purchase etc. If HomeCare chooses, at its sole discretion, to repair your product, all parts, labor and return shipping will be paid by HomeCare. HomeCare is not liable for any charges, expenses or costs associated with the Customer relating to installation, removal or repair of HomeCare products.

This Warranty Excludes

(a) damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;

(b) units subjected to unauthorized repair;

(c) units not used in accordance with HomeCare care instructions;

(d) damage exceeding the cost of the product;

(e) deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises, and

(f) failure to provide the dated proof of purchase from an authorized retailer

Some states and countries do not allow a limitation of damages, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you. This warranty guarantees specific legal rights, and other rights may vary from country to country and from state to state. This warranty service is available through the operating policies and procedures of HomeCare. If you are a client, please contact the appropriate HomeCare business entity, dealer or retailer, from whom you directly purchased the product for warranty and return authorization procedures. This warranty is initiated and executed by HomeCare.

Additional Details

If your HomeCare product is not working properly, we will fix or replace it. Each case will be assessed on a case by case basis, and we will make sure you’re back up and running as quickly as possible.

HomeCare will assess each warranty claim on a case by case basis. Resolution of warranty claims may include but are not limited to: shipment of a replacement part or parts, phone or email support to troubleshoot the product, or replacement of the product with a new or refurbished unit. HomeCare will continue to honor the warranty on the replacement product.  Any and all customer damage to a HomeCare product is not covered under warranty.  This includes breakage/damage from dropping, misuse or tampering with/opening the HomeCare product without prior authorization.

Warranty valid only to original purchaser if item purchased directly from www.sbthomecare.com or authorized re-seller and is non-transferable.


We are so confident that you will love our products that we offer free returns within 30 days of your purchase. 


Only items that have been purchased directly from The HomCare website can be returned to HomeCare. HomeCare products purchased through Amazon or other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

30 Day Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.


When returning a product, the customer is responsible for all costs relating to shipping the products back to HomeCare. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories or the shipment will be refused by the warehouse. A refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected by HomeCare for damage or missing accessories. If the returned product is damaged in any way or returned in un-sellable condition, the shipment will be refused/returned to sender.


Typical refunds are made within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds are processed back to the payment method used in the original order.
