Only items that have been purchased directly from The HomCare website can be returned to HomeCare. HomeCare products purchased through Amazon or other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.


When returning a product, the customer is responsible for all costs relating to shipping the products back to HomeCare. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories or the shipment will be refused by the warehouse. A refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected by HomeCare for damage or missing accessories. If the returned product is damaged in any way or returned in un-sellable condition, the shipment will be refused/returned to sender.


Typical refunds are made within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds are processed back to the payment method used in the original order.
