What is Red Light?

Red light therapy treatments supercharge your cells with the natural light they need to make more energy. Our cells need natural light to function, just like they need water and nutrients from food. Red light therapy allows you to supplement the light you get from your environment with concentrated wavelengths of red and near infrared light.

Low Level Laser Therapy

Low-level laser (light) therapy (LLLT) is a fast-growing technology used to treat a multitude of conditions that require stimulation of healing, relief of pain and inflammation, and restoration of function. When applied, the lasers penetrate the surface of the skin without a heating (burning) effect, produce no sensation, and do not damage the skin. It is believed that due to the low skin absorption and no side effects, the laser light can penetrate deeply into tissues and can reach the site of damage or injury. Treatments are quick and simple: you just apply the light for 5 to 15 minutes every day.
